The Technology Education Association of Northwestern Pa. will be hosting our Twenty-seventh Annual Banquet and Exhibitors Night on Monday, October 4, 2004  at the Saint Francis Ushers Club, 9085 South Main Street, McKean, Pa. south of Erie.  The  purpose of this gathering is to allow  the teachers and school administrators of Northwest Pennsylvania and Southwestern New York to look at new products, publications and ideas that are available to us.

This is the second largest gathering of its kind in Pennsylvania.  We hope to have over 60 technology teachers, science teachers, vocational teachers, purchasing agents, superintendents and principals from area schools in attendance.  There will be a buffet dinner which includes complimentary beverages.  Tickets are available at the door for $15.00 a person or couples (bring your spouse) for $25.00.

Vendors who contribute door prizes will be recognized as the prizes are awarded.   Plenty of time is allowed for all participants to view the vendors’ displays.  The doors will be opened  for vendors at 3:30 p.m.   Teachers and school district representatives start arriving at 4:30 and the buffet dinner is served at 6:00.  As our dinner concludes we will have a short program followed by more time with our vendors.  Door prizes will be awarded at about 9:00 and we expect to clear the hall by 10:00.
